Flexible, economical, future-proof: Doppstadt presents innovative processing solutions at IFAT 2024

Economical pressure, changing legal frameworks and growing quality requirements: the recycling and waste disposal industry is placing increasingly high demands on providers of processing solutions. From 13 to 17 May, visitors to IFAT will be able to see Doppstadts innovative and proven processing solutions for themselves on the outdoor area of the trade fair and obtain comprehensive information about the future challenges in the recycling and waste disposal industry.

Alongside the presentation of our solutions, the exchange with our customers is our main focus. Feel free to come and visit us in the outdoor area of the trade fair in Munich.

FUTURE-PROOF: OUR INVENTHOR 6.2

The INVENTHOR is up to any current and future shredding task – as a stand-alone machine, in combination with the SELECTOR 800.2 or with the new basket system „DoppBasket“. The Doppstadt solution is also available with an electric drive. The INVENTHOR 6.2 has an optimised folding hopper, which makes loading by wheel loader or excavator even more user-friendly. At the same time, we have extended the filling area from 2.2 to 3.3 meters, increasing the hopper volume from five to eight cubic meters. Operators can now lower a wide loader bucket down to the roller teeth themselves. This allows for optimal and, above all, easy loading of the machine.

FLEXIBLE: OUR AK

Doppstadt demonstrates just how flexible processing can be with its AK series at IFAT Munich. From rear baskets to baffle plates: With its wide range of equipment, Doppstadt will be showcasing its grinder line in various applications. The AK is characterised by its broad and expandable range of applications – including in the processing of horse manure. Even with clumpy and tough input material, the mobile fine shredder achieves very good homogenization and straw fiberization. Through pre-shredding, the AK 565 enables a more efficient gas yield. The straw can be flexibly fiberized into various grades thanks to the technical solutions in the area of impact plates, hammer tips, and rear baskets.

Thanks to efficient shredding, the bacteria in the fermenter can decompose the organic waste more quickly. As a result, the input compared to unshredded manure in the biogas plant is increased by 4 to 5 times. Operators therefore benefit not only from higher gas yields but also from improved profitability of their plant.

The new brand appearance for MMAK: MMPC

Economical, legally compliant, and flexible are also the mobile-modular processing solutions that we present at IFAT Munich under the new brand MMPC (formerly MMAK). Following a modular principle, standard machines are smartly and efficiently combined. The machines can be flexibly used for different fractions. Additionally, businesses can quickly respond to changing conditions with new combinations. Customers benefit from high cost-effectiveness and legal certainty.

At IFAT, we showcase processing solutions for commercial, construction and demolition, and organic waste, which have already proven themselves in the market.

ECONOMICAL: OUR SCREENING MACHINE SM 620.3

Meeting the demand for cost-effectiveness, the further developed screening machine SM 620.3 addresses this requirement. Following the motto ‘Simply efficient screening,’ the solution is precisely tailored to meet the needs of customers. In practice, it delivers the same performance as the previous model with increased efficiency at an attractive price.

Comprehensive Service: Doppstadt Academy and Aftersales

In addition to our processing solutions, we showcase our service offering at IFAT, which is also an integral part of our holistic solution portfolio. To ensure that our machines perform flawlessly in practice and our customers can get the most out of them, our Doppstadt Academy team offers training programs regularly for our customers. These are tailored to their wishes and needs. Doppstadt Academy will be on-site to provide information about the training programs.
